Will CS:S run on this spec?

Processor - Intel Core 2 Duo T5450 / 1.66 GHz ( Dual-Core )
2GB of RAM
Running at 1280 x 800

CSS for casual gaming, will it run?

I found a Lenovo Notebook for £349 with this spec, its great for the price so considering on buying it

I can't wait to get out of uni halls....I miss my tinternet gaming! Because I live on campus which is wired to the Uni's net, I can't play any games since they block gaming with a VPN. Will hit you up on steam when I get back home in summer!
