Will curved 34" QHD screens ever get below £500?

Just wondering this now.

Having thought about numerous options to upgrade my 1080P superwide I've pretty much decided that I want another, just with a higher resolution and curved. Prices haven't fallen much at all for 2 years and I'm starting to wonder if they ever will.

Thoughts?

Starting to wonder if I shouldn't just bite the bullet now - or possibly wait until the January sales - then again, I didn't see that much movement in black Friday sales really.

I've just gone and ordered the Acer X34A for £800. Pricey but it should last me many years.

Most likely not unless you are happy with freesync/no sync at 60-75HZ.....

Pretty much academic now as I've just gone for the X34A. I figured at the sorts of prices we're talking about, I may as well pay the difference and get the one I've pretty much always wanted in the first place (it was £800 in case anyone is remotely interested).
