Will i actually SEE any differance?

Ive managed to overclock my Duo 6600 to 3.2ghz and i can see a differance from the point i turn on my computer.

My question is, I have the Connect3D ATI Radeon X1900 XT 512MB GDDR3 and i keep reading people are overclocking them. All my games runs at full FPS so do i need to overclock it yet? Would i actually notice any differance or am i better waiting until more demanding games come out and the card begins to choke a little running?

Why not just clock it and see for yourself? We can't tell you how you will be affected by something subjective...

You won't be getting as large an overclock as with your CPU (maybe 20% max), so don't expect any miracles. But more speed is more speed.

probably only see a few frames increase it wont be a huge increase

X1900's don't get a huge boost from overclocking in the same way the 7900 series does, there's less headroom and they run hotter. You'll see a few fps, and the only way you'll notice it is if you have a game that lags a bit as the minimum framerate will increase.
