I have a bfg8800 gts oc2 will i be bottlenecked by my amd 64 3500+ 2.2ghz processor and 1 gig of ram?

by quite a bit, it depend what games you play and what resolution you play at.

Best place to start is to OC that 3500+ if you can then get another gig of ram

I had a 7950GT with a 4200+ and the gfx was... about 60% more on the benchmarks.
