2 470s are CPU limited with a i7 920.
I need to run my CPU at 4Ghz to get nearly 100% GPU utilization in BF3, I still get dips into the 80s.
Having 680s in SLI you'll probably have drops to 50% and below making it pointless.
Hmm....guess it will be just the 1 then.
