Will I need a new PSU?

I'm currently using a Corsair TX 620W modular PSU. I've just bought myself a 40" 4K TV and I'm planning on buying a GeForce 970 GPU to drive the newly required resolution. Based on my PC specs (in signature), will I be needing a new PSU, or will the current 620W suffice?

It is.... but TDP refers to the amount of Heat the graphics card produces thats need to be dissipated by the cooler. Power Consumption is what we are interested in from a PSU point of view. Bit-tech puts system usage at around 300w with a similar spec to the OP with a GTX970: http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/graphics/2014/09/19/nvidia-geforce-gtx-970-review/11

Yeah that was my bad, I wasn't thinking to much when I wrote that :p

Still, point stands, 620w is plenty :)
