Will I need a new PSU?

I'm currently using a Corsair TX 620W modular PSU. I've just bought myself a 40" 4K TV and I'm planning on buying a GeForce 970 GPU to drive the newly required resolution. Based on my PC specs (in signature), will I be needing a new PSU, or will the current 620W suffice?

Your current Psu will be ample, when I had my 970 I got a max of 330w from the wall.

Easily, 620w is fine. I have 750w and run 970's in SLI. The Maxwell architecture uses very, very little power. I think the TDP of the 970 is somewhere around 150w.

It is.... but TDP refers to the amount of Heat the graphics card produces thats need to be dissipated by the cooler. Power Consumption is what we are interested in from a PSU point of view. 620W should be more than sufficient I think, even if you've overclocked your cpu.
