Hi,
Just got my 750D + XSPC RayStorm Kit (below). When I eventually get a new GPU, will I need a new rad or can I run it off the current kit? I will probably look at the 760 or 770 GTX.

Rough guide (very rough) is 120mm rad per component. Really does depend on how hot your chips are running.

Tell us more about the rest of the system.

You should be ok running a GPU and CPU with a 360 in the same loop, although i'd recommend decent fans (Skythe gentle typhoons are great for rads)

See how you go I guess, if temps suck - you might want to move to a quad rad.

That's a good point, it's running the stock XSPC fans at the moment, might swap these out for SP120's or even add a push pull (do you use SP120's for both push and pull or SP120's push and AF120's pull?)

Forget AFs for rad fans altogether. The difference between push, pull and push/pull has been covered a lot and generally, if you have good enough fans, push+pull is a waste of space and money for marginal improvement. I think you will be fine in terms of radiator size but if you want more, i suggest you save the money on fans and put that towards more radiator or if you think the 360 will be enough (which it will be) put it towards your GPU fund!

Fair play, still new to this WC business! Will be pump/res be enough also?
Question regarding the fans again, would swapping the XSPC fans to SP120 performance fans improve temps?

Yeah the SPs will improve temps, i run a few myself. They are noisy at full speed, so a fan control is probably needed if you have a lot. GT Scythes are quieter and work just as well.

The pump will be enough, though i have heard of people having noise issues with it. I have never used the pump before (stuck with my trusty EK 4.0s!) but two high flow blocks and a single radiator will be no problem.

Ok thanks will have a think about the sp120's, guess the quiet series aren't really worth it. My pump is silent, don't know what setting its on though.

If you get a decent fan controller, it will handle things no problem, including your pump if you need it to!

There is one on OCuk for sub 30 prices if you are looking, cant remember the name but it looked nice and was good quality. It could also handle 30W per channel, so it is super reliable and wont be overloaded.
