Will i need a PSU upgrade for.......?

Hi,

Quick question.

I currently have a Enermax Galaxy 850W power supply which happily runs my current PC spec but I'm putting a few new bits and bobs in and was wondering if it will still be up to the job?

New spec will be-:
Intel C2D E8500
Abit IN9 32X-MAX
4GB Corsair PC2-6400 Dominator
Auzentech X-Fi Prelude
2 x EVGA 8800GTX ACS3 KOs
3 x SATA2 HDD - 2x160gb 1x500gb
1 x SATA DVD writer

The only other worry I have is fitting the 2nd GTX card into my Antec 900.

Are you kidding? An 850W PSU will run pretty much anything!

Now i have the joy of fitting the other GTX in and watching the lights dim in the flat when I switch the PC on.

With a decent 850w PSU you'll have a couple of hundreds watts free to take with you to the pub
