i am currently running some good old (possibly ancient now in computing terms 
) corsair twinx ddr ram in dual channel mode on my ASROCK DUALVSTA mobo (see sig) but as expected ddr2 prices have dropped recently and i was just wondering if it would be worth picking some up....
however i have no idea if i would notice much (if any difference) between the two - for example i know that timings are much lower on the stuff i have (think they are 2-2-2-5 on my set) so does that mean that kits such as this will in fact run slower? apologies if this question has been answered somewhere else but i cant find any data on it
