Will I see a benefit?

I've had my AV setup for a while - it was awesome when I got it and it's done me very well

Main tv = Panasonic Viera TH-42PZ80
Amp = Denon AVR-1909
5.1 = Quad Lites
PS4
SKY HD

IF I had to get a 4k tv would I see any benefit in picture quality - would I be amazed? I don't currently have any 4k sources so I suspect not but just asking the question

No. I've you've got a couple of grand to spend then buy a better audio system

Not unless you want to spend £2000+ on an OLED.
