Will I see a difference in performance

I currently have a ASUS - TUF B450 MB with Ryzen 3600 CPU

I'm currently using the memory modules below which is only running at 3000 C16

If I changed to

Would I see any real performance increase ?

Looks like my MB only supports memory to 3200 speeds so I assume no point it buying 3600
