Will I see much difference in this upgrade?

Hey, seen an offer on the clearance lines which looks good, I am unsure though if I will see much difference from what I have now.

I currently own: this

I am looking at switching to this

Do you think I would notice any difference in general use?

Not that much tbh, although the RAM may help overclock your 920 a little more.

As above - and your present memory has better timings and this usually is supposedly more beneficial if you're gamer. Apps like the larger bandwidth - but i'm not sure how noticeale it would be in day to day usage.

Although that is a large jump -just noticed the G.SKill is PC3-16000C9 so it may very well feel punchier in windows.

Think i'll give it a miss for now, I think I need to upgrade my motherboard at some stage and i'll probably do it then ( My motherboard is a nightmare, no spare PCI slots, covered by graphics card, northbridge overheats... etc etc )
