Will if fit?

Hi everybody!

I am looking at upgrading my stock CPU cooler and am unsure if the ones I am looking to buy will fit on my board without covering any of my RAM slots.

My setup:

Board: ASUS P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3
CPU: Intel 2500K (Stock cooler)
RAM: Corsair Vengance 4GB x 4 (CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9B)

I'm thinking of keeping the blue theme for my components so are looking at either of the following:

I will be using two 120mm x 25 fans

Bit of a long shot I know, but if anyone can tell me if the above setup will fit without me having to remove any RAM sticks I would be a super happy gurl <3

you *may* just about get away with it with the armageddon, but it's very wide so you *may* lose your first pcie slot. the armageddon is also >160mm tall (albeit slightly) so it may not fit cases that specify a max 160mm tall heatsinks
i don't think the megahalems + fans will fit with your high ram

ps: why not get an all-in-one watercooler?
