Will 'Intel RAM' work with AMD?

I would have thought it would work, however, you may not get the rated performance out of it, and it would probably work out cheaper to get "regular" ram.

Also, no, in most cases, using 3 sticks of triple channel and 1 stick of dual channel will not work. Triple channel ram runs at 1.5-1.6v and DDR3 dual channel runs at 1.8-2.0v. If you could get hold of triple channel ram at 1.8, it could work, in theory.

Take a look at the OCZ Platinum ram. It's cheaper than the one you linked to, may have tighter timings (the "intel" ram is rated at 8-8-8 or 7-6-6, but without XMP, you may not get either of those), and is 4GB instead of 2GB.

That'll work fine, just that it has a 'performance profile' that is for Intel chipsets. So timings may be slacker.
