The G.Skill 2GB DDR2 HZ PC2-6400 (2x1GB) CAS4 Dual Channel Kit should be fine to use with my setup shouldn't it? Or would the Corsair 2GB DDR2 XMS2-6400C4 TwinX be better?

The Geil PC6400 is probably the pick in that range, cheaper and clock as well as the HZ by the looks of it.
