Will it be worth getting?

ok so ive eyed up the 4850 many a-times, and asked many a-questions about it, but will it provide a good boost ove my OC 8800GT?

Depends on what res and what money you get back from the 8800GT

The 4850 is a fair bit quicker than the 8800GT at most resolutions.
-pimp the fact the card is an overclocked model on the bay and you should get a good return, then move to the 4850

If you like to turn AA on there should be a fairly big performance boost, otherwise it's still faster but not by so much.

and is the Toxic Edition worth going for over the others?

Can almost get a 4870 for the cost of a 4850 toxic..
