Looking at upgrading my ITX system to the following, but wondering if the PSU will cope. The Antec PSU calculator, says it will... Just. Should I trust it or not though?

Sugo SG05 w/ standard PSU
Gigabyte H67N-USB3-B3
i5-2500K
2x4Gb XMS3
ATI 5850
Vertex 2e
500Gb Seagate
Slimline slot loading DVD drive

That is a very similar system to the one I plan to build except I am going to go for a 550ti/560ti as nVidia plays better with Linux.

I plan to buy the Sugo with the 450w supply to be on the safe side.

I personally wouldn't want to risk it. That GPU draws a fair amount of juice... think it was my aging HX620 that produced glitches when I used it in my gaming PC as it works fine in one with a new BeQuiet 700W. (might just be unlucky though).
Still I'd get the 450W to be on the safe side or wait a few weeks for the 7 series to come out which should draw less power for the same performance.

I know it's even more delays to your build but ivy bridge is less power hungry than Sandybridge aswell.

450W will give you room to play with. That is what you need.

I've got ~60 quid to buy a new case, I was planning on buying an ISK-100 for my current mITX system, but I might look at buying a Q08 and putting a PSU in there...
