Will it fit a 650D?

Just looking at this cooler:

Will it fit a 650D?
I believe it will clear the RAM but not sure on height.
I don't have time for water-cooling anymore so back to air cooling it is!

650D has 185mm CPU clearance, so will fit not problem
Without knowing what RAM you have I can't say if R1 Ultimate front fan will clear it. R1 Ultimate front fan can be raised to fit over 44mm tall RAM, which will leave you 146mm for 140mm fan to fit into.

I run Corsair XMS3 which apparently are 25mm tall with their heat sink (not measured it, mind!)

I've heard 32mm but have not confirmed it.

Shouldn't be a problem.
