Hi all,

Upgrading the system soon and want to base the core around an overclockers bundle (BU-061-OK). Question is that I want to use the Antec Super LANBOY (CA-012-AN) as the case (go to a fair number of LAN's, take it to a mates house a fair bit so it has to be ultra light) I want to make sure that:

a) The mobo will fit in the case,
b) I'll be able to use both PCI-E slots (Would hate to install the mobo and find that one of the PCI-E slots didn't match up with an expansion port!

Thanks for the help, first of my group of friends to try SLI so should be an experience!

If your going SLI you may want to consider a bigger case.

The motherboard is ATX and so is the case so they both conform to the same form factor, making them completely compatable.

However, remember you need a SLI ready PSU, and that SLI only really makes for a performance boost when gaming at 1600 x 1200 and above.

Depending on your PC experience, for most users at least, SLI is a waste of money. Personally speaking as a old SLI user, one 7800gt in games runs faster than 2x 6800gt's under most situations at the resolution I run (1280x1024). If you know you need SLI then get it, but unless you are spending aorund the £600 mark on a monitor then it is very rare the average user will see any benefit. One 7800gt now, and another 8800gt (if one comes out) in a years time will beat a SLI setup now. Just depends on your resolution and AA and AF requirements really.

I have yet to find a game that at 1280 x 1024 my 7800gt cant handle more than adequately, for £200 in october it was a bargain. 1800xt now is along the same lines.
