Apologies then, I've been grumpy coz I have Whiplash :(... so don't mind me

no no, i should appolagise too. reading it back it does sound very sarcastic :(

but yeah, the psu should handle it fine. shuttle psu's are just awesomely powerful for their low power rating. quality of them is second to non i reckon :)

EDIT: that looks like a v.tight fit :)

Wow, envious, started my SD37P2 before the arrival of the 8800. I've got 2 ATI cards in mine, I presume the white slot is the Crossfire Master Slot? Glad to hear the PSU's are solid.

well it didn't arrive yesterday so looks like Monday now, been playing FEAR all day to keep mind off it :) [kinda wonder why I'm bothering as everything was maxxed out on 1600x1200 res with my X1950XTX and it was pretty fluid, got an average of 100fps in the stress test thingy]

will post anything relevant that I observe during installation, which will be tomorrow evening as I have to work for a living :(, hopefully can post some benchies as well if anyones interested

1st run got 9609 cpu and card @ stock

all seems stable thus far, no install problems other than squirrelling away the dual power header
