Will it fit?

I'm currently speccing up a new PC to buy (post July price cuts), but have a concern over the mobo, heatsink, and case and will they all fit together?

Mobo is Gigabyte P35-DS4
Case is Antec P182
Cooler is Tuniq Tower 120.

I want to confirm I will have no issues putting the tuniq on the above motherboard and fit it all into the above case?

To stop people asking, the rest of my spec (main components only) so far is as follows:-

Q6600, ballistix 2gb, 620W corsair PSU, XFX 8800 ultra XT, X-Fi Gamer extreme.
