Will it fit?

Having not been following how things have changed I'm now after a bit of advice.

I have a AsRock mobo which has a pcie (x4) and agp (x8) slot. And I'm wanting to buy the ati 3850 pro 512. Seems a good card, but its pcie2 (x16).

Will it fit in my pcie slot?

Also while I'm typing...the mobo has a sata slot, will a sata 2 hdd plug in?

i had a 7900GT running in one of those and it was perfectly fine. i also had a SATA2 hardrive for it and it ran completly fine. The PCIE(X4) might limit the performance of that card slightly, but as its not uber high end it should be by 'that' much
