and quite fancy getting a Fractal design define r4 midi case

Case can accommodate CPU coolers up to 170mm tall, as is listed in the product description and if i check the prolimatech website (
http://www.prolimatech.com/en/products/detail.asp?id=155&subid=409 ) it lists the cooler size as (H)158.7mm

Factoring in the motherboard/processor height anyone know for sure if i will come up against fitting issues ?

Any help is greatly appreciated

I would assume the 170mm quoted takes into account the motherboard thickness processor height and standoff's, so i would think your fine

Just means you will not be able to put a fan on the side.
