Hey guys I have an said strikers 2 extreme. And over the years just put up with problematic ram. I have noticed today http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-309-CS&groupid=701&catid=8&subcat=1517 and need to know from the experts on here if I can use that. RAM 16Gb on the said board. Cheers for your help in advance.

No it won't work.

The Striker II Extreme supports a maximum of 8GB of RAM.

Each of the 4 slots can be fitted with a 2GB DIMM so to achieve 8GB you'd have to buy 4x2GB DIMMs.

You can't fit 2x4GB DIMMs.

Unfortunately the forum rules don't allow price checks outside of the Members Market and you can't access that until you've been a forum member for at least 90 days and have made over 250 posts.

Perhaps have a look on a well known auction site to see what they're going for.
