Will it work?

I have 4 slots on the mobo and 2 are taken up by 2 sticks of 4gb each
(CMK8GX4M2A2666C16) and I was wondering is it going to work if I add another stick of 8gb (same make as the others)?

Should be fine, however your system will only run in single channel memory mode. Also memory speed will be as slow as slowest memory stick.

Should work at 2133mhz and in single channel. This means you will take a performance hit.

Yep will probably work, not ideal to run in single channel though, would recommend buy another dual channel kit.
