Will m8s mobo fit inside new case

Im not a guru at replacing mobos from one case to another, but my friend would like to know will his exiosting motherboard fit onto a new case which he is getting soon as shown below http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-020-OK&tool=3

We can't say until we know what the existing mobo is. 99% of mobos should fit in that case but some oddball OEM ones might not.
