Will memory upgrade affect my overclock?

Hi guys,

I'm a bit a novice with all this overclocking stuff and need a bit of help. I bought one of OCUKs pre-overclocked systems at the begining of the year and given the price of memory at the mo was thinking about upgrading from 2GB to 4GB. Will this cause all my setting to default and me to loose the overclock?

Thanks guys,

My spec is as follows:
Mobo: Abit IP35 PRO
CPU: Q6600 oc to 3.29 GHz
Memory: 2x 1GB OCZ DDR2 PC2-6400 Platinum Revision 2 Dual Channel

So if i wanted to upgrade to 4GB and just switch the memory and not fiddle with the OC settings in the BIOS could i just switch the 2x1Gb modules for these:
