Will my bt router work on another isp??

Hi all ive left BT Woo Hoo
and have a BT voyager 2500v
4 port wired lan 10 port wireless

And was wondering if its going to let me use it on another isp?

dont see why not, aslong as you will be using it for ADSL and not cable.

i know the 2wire 2700 and 1800 have issues with others isp's but not too sure about the voyagers. The previous mentioned 2wire routers can however be flashed and have their keycodes changed to work on other isp's

arh cool should be ok then
dam thing is i wont find out untill 2 december

But thought i should check before buying a new router

check the router round a friends if possible who subscribes to a different isp better safe...

you can't. that router is locked to bt. a website with discussion on this is currently down but here is a page from google's cache.....
