Will my CPU cooler fit the mobo and case?

I've just bought the Artic 34 duo esports CPU cooler, but I want to be certain that it fits my new case and motherboard. I've tried to find out myself online but still none the wiser.

I'm particularly concerned with the RAM slots as they're very close to the CPU.

I bought the Artic34 based on reviews from OC members.

Perfect - this is what I wanted to hear. I only have 2 sticks of ram so should be okay.
