Will my Fan controller fir In my Fractal Design R2 Case?

I have bought a Scythe Kaze Master Ace Black for my Fractal Design R2 Case and just thought that the dials might get in the way of the door!

Can anybody say whether or not it will fit in its correct possition or whether i will need to set it back in the 5.25" bay?

Does anybody know the measurements of the dials poking out?

Had a look around and you can recess fan controllers to fit in the fractal.
