Will my graphics card support these?

Hi,

In my PC I have an Sapphire ATI Radeon HD5830. I know it supports 3 monitors but I'm not sure if it will support 3 monitors with a high resolution.

I am looking at buying 3 of these monitors:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Dell-U2515H-25-Inch-Monitor-2560/dp/B00P6O3YYO

They have a resolution of 2560 x 1440. I've read different things about what my card supports up to so I'm not too sure.

Does anyone know if my current card will support these? If not, could a graphics be recommended? Baring in mind its not for gaming.

Many thanks.

Sure it will fine, just make sure you use a display port cable. If you use HDMI it will be limited to 1080p. BTW welcome to the forums but please don't post competitor links, OCUK has it's own shop.

Edit

Sorry I re-read your post. No you video card won't display all 3 monitors at that res you can get one to run at 2560x1440 and one at 1080p. If you want all 3 to run at 1440p I would suggest getting a cheapest graphics card with two display ports. I would suggest the 2nd hand market, new cards that are cheap don't generally come with display ports.

Yes that is my card. It has two DVI inputs, would that work if I use the display port and DVI ports?

Are the two DVI ports different?

If so, there is the GEFORCE GTX 960 on offer at the moment which has 3 display ports.

Thanks :)
