Will the Noctua D-14 fit in the CM690 II Lite case?

I've searched the net with no avail.

Just about apparently. You won't be able to fit any side mounted fan above the cooler though.

I think this is a similar size to the Megahalems. My Megahalems leaves 11mm between the top of the pipes and the side panel. Its not a lot but it works fine.

Got a Titan Fenrir TTC-NK85TZ in a CM690 and have 13mm to spare from the side panel. Manufacturers dimensions given are 124 x 107 x 156 mm. Looks like the cooler will fit but fans may not.
