will my laptop play prison architect

Hi all I am currently traveling around and am using a acer aspire 5742 specs below

intel core i3 370m processor
intel HD graphics
4gb ddr3

that's the general specs, I can play games like stronghold and red alert 2 etc with it but really like the look of prison architect but don't want to pay £20 if wont play on laptop

any help will be great

Hard to say
The game is only in Alpha stage so it lacks any optimisations although it does not look like an even remotely intensive game

yeah that's what I was thinking doesn't look like an intensive game at all and laptop plays proper games like red alert 2 etc so you would think should play but anyone else play it on laptop etc

As it is pre-release it is pretty hard on CPU/GPU power when you get to the bigger size prisons, but once optimisations have been done it'll probably be a lot better. You'll probably be able to play it, but might be a bit heavy when you get a large prison or something.
