will my memory run ok at default speed with overclock

Hi All, I bought an overclocked bundle one and a half years ago, mobo asus P8Z77-V , I7 3770K clocked to 4.5 ghz, the memory was 1600 speed originally but it failed so it got replaced with 1866 speed which also failed quite quickly, that got replaced with patriot viper black mamba 2133 ghz, it was clocked at 1600 speed with cas 10-10-10-27, if I put it to the default ram speed of 2133 mhz and cas 11-11-11-30 will it still be a stable overclock on the cpu or will it mess it up.
I am worried about testing as I have done a complete new install of windows 7 64 bit ultimate and all my flight sim software that has taken from Christmas until now to install and I still haven't finished, I just feel the extra ram speed would help the sim run better, but I don't want to damage my install, thanks.

I borrowed 16gb of Patriot 1866 (2x8) when I ran out of moneys for my xmas build.
When I purchased my Teamgroup 2400 (4x4) I was already o/c'd to 4.8ghz.
Put my new memory in and nothing has changed, o/c is still good and mem is now 2400.
