Is there any particular reason that you are going for AM2 e.g. do you already have the CPU? If not I'd consider a Conroe based system, you can get an ASRock Dual-VSTA motherboard that supports DDR + DDR2 and AGP + PCI-E. I think kminstry is right that there are no AM2 motherboards that support DDR, even ASRock don't appear to produce one and they are normally the most likely to produce unusual motherboards.
