will my mobo take this cooler

hello i was wondering if my motherboard which is a xfx 780i and a coolermaster stacker nvidia edition take this cooler.

that cm case is 250mm wide - 30mm for fans and 50m for mobo tray and mobo leaves about 170 for the TT and its about 154mm so i'd say it should fit with a cm or two to spare
