Will my psu cope?

hi guys,

atm got a corsair HX 520 and basicly running the rig in my sig off of it (4hdds) looking at getting another 4 hdds just wondering if it will cope with the load i run my cpu at 3.4@ 1.475 volts for day to day use but i might want to run it at 3.6 for benching etc, i was going to use the psu calc but i was told it was pretty inacurate, does a normal 7.2K disc use 24 watts?

As above, the PSU should be just dandy. No, I don't think a PSU uses 24 watts. The one in front of me, a WD400, says 12VDC at 0.25A. That works out to 3 Watts. Though it probably exceeds this at spin-up it's a pretty small figure.

well looking at the 4 new discs, says on the seagte site that the max startup current is 2.8 amps
