Will my PSU cope

Hey guys I am running an i7 920@ 3.3, 5 case fans (Antec 1200), 2HDDs and an HD5970, I run this on a Corsair HX650. I want to add my 9600GSO for physX will the PSU cope fine or will I be nearing the limit?

300W 5970
120W 9600GSO
130W i7 920
=550W maxed

Allowing for the other components and extra draw due to the overclocks I think you'll be too close to your PSU's max if you push the system regularly.

It will be fine. The powerdraw under full load will push the psu close to its limit but that corsair hx620 is an excellent unit so I wouldn't worry.

kool, how does a rig actually get to full load? So if I'm playing a physx title like Batman AA or sumthin I shuldn't worry bout it suddenly failing lol?

Best way to test it under full load is to run prime95 for the CPU and furmark for the gfx at the same time. This will simulate extreme load that Day to day games won't even come close. In normal games you should have nothing to worry about.

If you overclock that i7 some more then under full load you'll exceed your PSU's limits.
As steve said though, games won't push a system to full load.
