Going to do a mini itx build this week with the below components. I was wondering if my 650w Seasonic X - Series Gold PSU will suffice or if I should upgrade it.

Intel Core i7-4790K 4.00GHz (Devil's Canyon) Socket LGA1150
Asus GeForce GTX 770 DirectCU OC 2048MB
Asus Z97I-Plus Intel Z97 (Socket 1150) DDR3 Mini ITX
Samsung 250GB SSD 840 EVO
8GB Corsair Dominator Platinum

XSPC D5 Vario Pump & XSPC Acrylic Tank Resevoir Combo
Aqua Computer Kyrographics for GTX 770
EK Water Blocks EK-Supremacy - Full Nickel
2x 120 radiators

I've never done a water-cooled build before so if any components won't work together or if I have picked the wrong GPU for the GPU water block please let me know.

Thanks

PSU should be fine, when I added the components up it doesn't look like you'll exceed 450 watts.

I'd be more concerned about radiator capacity, I like to aim for a minimum of a 240 rad per component. What case is this going into?

You would probably get away with thick 360 and fans push/pull, or 2 x 240 fans on push only.
If you are not going to overclock anything you might get away with less rad, but I wouldn't try doing this without at least 360mm worth of rad.
