Will my rig bottleneck a GFX card upgrade, etc :)

c2d e6600 @ 2.88ghz
4gb 6400 RAM (i think 6400)
ASUS P5H DW Deluxe Mobo
8800gtx 768mb

If i was to upgrade the gfx card to the 4890 1gb deal of the week card would the rest of my system bottleneck the card? Also what kind of performance increase do you think i would gain taking into consideration the rest of my system possible bottlenecking.

Main reason for a possible upgrade is ARMA 2.

Wouldn't say anything will particularly bottleneck but ARMA2 is CPU intensive as well as GPU so I'd really consider getting the overclock on that CPU higher if possible.

i cant, for some reason as soon as i put it about 2.88 it isnt stable, and im not sure what holds it back its weird..

heres cpu-z reading, hopefully im just doing something wrong, if i bump anything up much further it fails to even boot, or freezes almost isntantly within windows

oh and this is my ram, which i think may have been the problem all along but im not too sure. I have 4 x 1024 MB in totally 4gb:
