Yeh it will run fine.
It might not run at its full frequency, depending on what bios settings you have.
Am pretty sure the NF7 had an option where the RAM runs at its normal speed, whatever the bus frequency is. Also if you overclock to that speed to get it running at its best.

Agreed, in Skt A terms the Abit NF7-S is the best mobo created, and is a really good overclocking piece of equipment, you should have no probs with that memory, and you should get some cracking timmings
