Will Tagen 430w be enough to handle this spec?

Unfortunately my motherboard just went kaput so it looks like I'll be in the market for a new one as well as a cpu and ram, since I'm still currently in the unhip single core amd market :p. So I'm thinking about going for the e8400, asus p5k (just the vanilla one), and the ocz 2gb on this week only.

A couple of questions if you fine gentleman would humour me with your vast knowledge:

1. I don't have an intel cpu at the moment, but from what I've read I'm assuming I could at least boot into bios to update it so it can support the wolfdale fine?

2. I only have a 430w Tagan modular PSU. I don't have anything fancy other than the things I'm gonna buy above outside of an 1800xt, a maxtor hdd and a pioneer dvdrw drive. Will this be enough power?

Thanks for any help, you lot have been a life saver in the past ;)!

I can't help regarding the the wolfdale issue, but with regards to the PSU - I reckon it would handle it but you'd be safer getting at least 550W PSU.
