Will the corsar 620w psu be enough for..

Well many people have said that the corsair 620w psu on ocuk is one of the best and most reliable around, will it be enough for these?

E6300 overclocked plus artic 7 cooler
DS3 mobo
2gb ram
320gb western digital
DVD/CRW
antec 900 and fans
8800GTX? (not sli'ed or oc'ed)

easily. it'll manage 7800gtx in sli, so it'll do a single 8800gtx without breaking a sweet. my corsair 620w is currently powering a 3ghz opty 148, 1gb of ram, all the usual rubbish (250gb hdd, dvd writer ect) and an 8800gtx just fine

oh ps, its one hell of a psu.
