It gives me an error saying the cpu wont work what should I do? I dont have a second cpu to load the new system to be able to fix the problem

They're fully compatible.
And anyway you can flash BIOS of that board even without any CPU.

I suck. Can you explain the steps exactly? I dont have access to a pc this is the whole reason for a new build my last pc is broken

X570 Tomahawk was released only year ago with Zen3 already visible in horizon.
So very unlikely that you would get board with too early BIOS to support 5800X.

Before as per the instructions on the video. If you put the CPU in before the bios update the PC may not boot.

Yep. you'll need to download the latest bios for your motherboard from the MSI website (MSI X570 MAG Tomhawk) if I'm correct?

Haha its wrong! i changed the SSD to the black one because apparently it's slightly better? i need to find a decent case and im ready to order. apparently my corsair 400c old case won't be able to fit the parts. ugh. i love the corsair 400c case purely because of the side panel door.
are there any cases similar to this one? i'm saddened by this. but i won't edit my build just to make it fit in my case lol

Looks to me like it will fit the 400c unless I'm missing something.

I answered that question in the thread you posted in the case forum. 275R would be the 400c replacement but that's more or less the same size. 4000D is a little bit bigger than the 400c but I don't know what you have planned apart from the bit you have already picked. You could go the whole hog & buy a 5000D which is a fair bit bigger.
