Will the "today only" DDR3 work on Asus M4A88T-M?

Having looked on the QVL for the Asus M4A88t-M I dont see this memory in the list, but do you guys think itl still work?

No reason it wouldn't work.

Most RAM you see for sale isn't on manufacturers's QVL's and it works fine.

I assume you have a 64 bit operating system so you can use more than 4GB?

It going in a server running Server 2008 64bit so I should be OK. Dont need EEC memory, this is only a lab.

Is there much performance difference between the two, baring in mind I'll be running VMs
