Will these blocks fit a Rampage 2 Rxtreme

Tricky with mosfet blocks as sometimes the holes are a bit different between manuf's

The EK blocks you want are called "EK Water Blocks EK-Mosfet X58 Kit" and have the Manufacturers ID: 3830046992215 (clear) or Manufacturers ID: 3830046992222 (Acetal)

I bought this mobo recently with a full cover block and vrm blocks but havn't yet got round to stripping the stock coolers off but I'm fairly sure you can separate the stock VRM coolers from the stock NB/SB part of the cooler, so at a push you could leave the VRM's air cooled.

According to the blurb that X58 gigabyte vrm block is compatible with the P35 mobo. However, I don't profess to understand why there are apparently two RE2 Extreme compatible blocks

It clearly says "gigabyte" Andy, I know you are old but come on man, your eyesight isn't that bad!

It says "and others"

Other X58 or other gigabyte?

I am old nath :)

I was watercooling PCs while you were still soiling your nappy lol :D

All sorted now - got the EK along with full cover nickel plexi and same in GTX 480 block and backplate......along with a healthy dose of bitspower fittings :)

Cheers for the help lads (and the banter Nat :D)

Nice one Andy.. me loves shiny new things :) Can't ever face stretching to bitspower fittings however.

used to think the same mate but, seriously, the quality is nothing short of OBSCENELY good.

I promise you'll never leak test another loop. Literally just whack them in!

Nope

Whole cooling system comes off in one piece bud ;)

I know, I finally got round to stripping mine down the other day, and the vrm section of heat pipe does indeed carry on through the whole thing.

EK acetal full cover block, 2 acetal vrm blocks and nickel HF supreme block all fitted now. Now have to do some modding to my 700D to fit a rad in the bottom.
