The motherboard will fit in the case and it already comes with a cheap PSU.

Buy a better quality PSU and a case with better cooling.

If you want an idea of what to get please list your full spec.
 
The motherboard does indeed fit the case, its ATX.

I wont comment on your choice of case as its a personal decision.

The PSU on the other hand is something I would advise you to avoid, get a named reputable make.

The usb wireless is just for now, and my gfx card is going to be a seperate purchase, looking to tone down on the non-essentials
 
There are plenty of cases around £30 which will take 120mm fans for better and quieter cooling.

Something like this or this and get a cheap second 120mm fan.

The only fan that appears to come with the case you've picked is the 90mm one on the side door.
