Hi, can you guys help me out here, will these parts fit my motherboard? im not sure what a dual rail PSU is, as opposed to the standard one, and if my motherboard will fit the case that i have selected, cheers!

The motherboard will fit in the case and it already comes with a cheap PSU.

Buy a better quality PSU and a case with better cooling.

If you want an idea of what to get please list your full spec.

The motherboard does indeed fit the case, its ATX.

I wont comment on your choice of case as its a personal decision.

The PSU on the other hand is something I would advise you to avoid, get a named reputable make.

i know my choice of case is appauling, but im trying to cheapen things down a little without damaging spec

Yes that PSU is not good enough, you can think about the OCZ ZS 750W which has gone to about £57 which a good deal. Or go with a Corsair you can't go wron with them.

There are plenty of cases around £30 which will take 120mm fans for better and quieter cooling.

Something like this or this and get a cheap second 120mm fan.

The only fan that appears to come with the case you've picked is the 90mm one on the side door.
