will these fit?

Will these just screw right into a pump or rad etc? Its quite hard to see if they would.

Yeah they should be fine, by the looks of it they've got a G1/4 thread

It just seems the compress fitting is for both sides but the pump side wouldnt use it is why am slightly confused.

I'm not entirely sure what you're getting at (apologies beer night), but :

The part on the left (the thread at the bottom of the fitting) screws into the rad/pump, the right hand side part is the compression collar which "compresses" down over the hosing
