will these ram work with this board

hey guys am planning on getting ASUS M4N98TD EVO sli amd motherboard, and it says that it supports 1066mhz,1333mhz and 2000mhz ram, read around that most amd boards struggle with 2000mhz so u never get exactly 2000mhz, i have been looking at these 2 sets of ram and was wondering if they will work on my board, i am hoping to get around 1600mhz as i would b happy with that.

see am kinda new to computer building, and usually just stick to big companies, are OCZ a reliable company with good products, not used them before

also am seeing ram that is designed for i7,i5 so that mean they don't work with amd

AMD boards aren't too fussy about which RAM they use, 'designed for i5/i7' just means it'll work on the Intel boards which prefer lower voltage RAM, it'll run fine on an AM3 board too. OCZ are fine providing you avoid their 'Gold' RAM.
 
may i ask whats wrong with OCZ "gold" rams??i was thinking of buying them once i get the money but since i read your post it kind of put me off it.:D
 
hmmm..interesting..well i found some Kingston HyperX Blu DDR3 2gb 1600MHz.
do you have any ideas how well these RAMs perform??
