Will these specs be fine for what I want to do?

So I want my pc for high end emulation on cemu, with games like Breath of the Wild at 4k 60fps. I also want to run older emulators like Citra and dolphin with games like super mario sunshine and ocarina of time 3D using 4k texture packs and uncapping framerate to 60fps.

Additionally, I'd also like to play a fair bit of Minecraft Java with shaders at comfortable render distances. And the occasional AAA game like Sea of Thieves at 1440p, as well as single-player games such as RDR2 etc.

Specs:

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X 6-core @ 3.7GHZ

MOTHERBOARD: ASUS PRIME B550-PLUS (DDR4, USB 3.2, 6GB/s)

MEMORY: 16GB CORSAIR VENGEANCE DDR4 3200MHZ (2x8GB)

GPU: 8GB NVIDEA GEFORCE RTX 3060Ti

SSD DRIVE: 1TB PCS PCIe M.2 SSD (3300 MB/R, 2900 MB/W)

PSU: CORSAIR 650W TXm SERIES SEMI-MODULAR 80 PLUS GOLD, ULTRA QUIET

COOLING: CoolerMaster Hyper 212 (120mm)

Thanks for any help in advance!

Have you checked that the 3060 Ti can play those games alright at 4K / using 4K texture packs?
yeah i have, ive watched loads of videos of people running BOTW on cemu with a 5600x and a 3060ti at 4k and they get around 70fps, for the guarnateed stability however id probably stick with 1440p. as for the older games with 4k texture packs, its such a small niche that i cant find any videos of people running Ocarina of Time 3D 4K with those specs.

In that case, my only suggestion would be to consider upping the memory while it is relatively cheap.
